1）Fuel injector replacement and maintenance

Step 2: Install the fixed buckle
Insert the dedicated buckle (compatible with B38/B48 groove) into the top of the fuel injector to ensure even force distribution.
Step 3: Connect the extractor to the slider
Quickly assemble the extractor through the M12 threaded interface, apply vertical force to pull out the fuel injector, and avoid cylinder head damage caused by tilting.
2) Installation phase: Accurate and reliable
Step 4: Cleaning and positioning
Thoroughly clean the carbon deposits on the fuel injector seat using a 24mm copper brush, and accurately position the new fuel injector with a 40mm guide sleeve.
Step 5: Lock the bolts in stages
Pre tighten with 8Nm first, then use a torque wrench adapter to finally lock with the standard torque to prevent deformation of the sealing ring.
